Command Center-Place for Projects and Recruit

I, KhoiRyu, now declare to establish the Command Center, the place which members can discuss about the new projects with Admin and take part in recruiting new members for the FC. This place can promote the members who collect many photos or clips about Vocaloid to FC. Members can be promoted into those ranks, but you must have a big sacrifice if you want to have a high rank:

+Novice: Rookie always here. No requirements required.
+Private: 10 clips or 20 pics about Vocaloid.
+Corporal: 15 clips or 25 pics (Vocaloid only).
+Sergeant: 20 clips or 30 pics. Let's make 'Soap' MacTavish proud.
+Second Lieutenant: 25 clips or 35 pics.
+Lieutenant: 30 clips or 40 pics or higher.
+Captain: Captain Price and Captain MacMillan waiting here. Only for members who reached 40 clips or 50 pics.
+Colonel: 50 clips or 60 pics about Vocaloid.
+Major General: Higher challenge with 70 clips or 80 pics.
+Lieutenant General: 90 clips or 100 pics.
+General: The highest rank but also the highest challenge. You must collect 180 clips or 200 pics about Vocaloid to reach this rank.

This topic also discussing about the new projects. All members can join this topic and talk about the new projects with Admin. You guys can have many different solution and Admin will selected the most-agree one for making projects. The members who got many good ideas can also be promoted like the others.

I know what you said. But I used to play Call of Duty 4 many times and have a quite long time in the army, so in my words, there's some kind of military in there. About the first project of our FC. The first one will be the Mass Recruit Project. We will scatter out to many other forums to advertise our FC and post a recruit board on them. If we do it, we will have a large number of recruited members who can help us to do other projects .
